FIXED INCOME PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Fixed Income Product Management (“FIPM”) at Wellington Management works closely with our fixed income investment teams, relationship teams, and business colleagues across the firm to support our clients’ investment needs.
What they want
- 3-5 years of relevant experience and progress towards the CFA are preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree with very strong academic credentials
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to organize and synthesize data to reach conclusions
- Solid judgment, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take a differentiated perspective
- Proactive, self-starter attitude, with a strong desire to own outcomes
- Attention to detail combined with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings
- Articulate with an interest in developing presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a global team
- Strong technical skills; mastery of MS Excel, familiarity with third party tools (eVestment, FactSet, Morningstar); strongly preferred experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and decision‑making
