We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to support Veolia Water Technologies’ Technology & Product organization. In this role, the successful candidate will lead the execution of water and wastewater technology projects from engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning, and start-up. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical project management background, excellent customer and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environment.
This role is well suited to a self-motivated, organized, and commercially aware professional who can manage scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and customer expectations.
What you'd do
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex engineering, construction, and technology projects.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, internal teams, and leadership.
- Build strong working relationships and promote accountability across project teams.
- Manage multiple priorities, workstreams, schedules, and project deliverables.
- Apply sound judgment to resolve technical, commercial, schedule, and resource-related challenges.
- Balance customer needs with project scope, profitability, contractual obligations, and company objectives.
- Understand the design, construction, commissioning, and operational aspects of water treatment technologies.
- Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and disciplined project execution.

- Lead project execution from contract handoff through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and closeout.
