What you'd do
- Securitization Financing is a top originator across the industry and offers attractive financing alternatives for companies that have current funding and liquidity needs.
- We work with clients to identify and convert future income streams – such as auto receivables, student loans and credit card receivables – into tradeable securities.
- We have extensive experience covering a wide range of traditional and non-traditional assets, as well as delivering innovative solutions and proprietary analytics.
- Working as a junior portfolio manager to perform asset monitoring, collateral performance analysis and borrowing base compliance for a portfolio of securitization transactions across many unique asset classes
- Assisting with the daily management and administration of several multi-seller asset back commercial paper conduits
- Helping to prepare complex reporting to ABCP Investors, Rating Agencies, and various other internal and external parties
- Supporting Origination and Conduit Funding teams with closing, funding, and monitoring live client securitization transactions
- Collaborating closely with senior bankers, traders and portfolio managers to better understand the business we do
- Top grades in a four-year US college or university program (rising Junior or Senior status)
- Basic market knowledge and a demonstrated keen interest in capital markets
- Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills
- Extremely motivated and able to take initiative in order to identify ways to add value and improve practices
