The Collaboration and Communication Technology team supports and manages the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, faxing solutions, and emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day operations through reporting, user provisioning, basic scripting (preferably Python), and other entry-level administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students with an IT background and an interest in infrastructure technologies, networking, and AI.
Primary Accountabilities • Develop an understanding of the organization’s business environments, corporate culture and structure to support work initiatives. • Open to and supports new ideas, systems and procedures within collaboration technologies. Generate creative ideas and actions in response to changing situations.

- To ensure a strong start, all employees participate in our New Employee Orientation during their first week.
- This experience is held in person at our Madison, WI Headquarters or one of our AmFam core locations to help you connect with our mission, meet key team members and build relationships that support your growth.
- At times, sessions may be delivered virtually based on scheduling and availability.
