What you'd do
- Support the sourcing, contracting, and renewal activities for software, SaaS, IT services, and AI technology suppliers.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase order creation, invoice payment assurance and procurement process compliance activities.
- Coordinate with Legal, IT Security, Data Privacy, Finance, Risk Management and business stakeholders to facilitate supplier reviews and contract approvals.
- Conduct market research, spend analysis, and supplier benchmarking to support strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives. Be proficient in using CoPilot for research efforts.
- Analyze supplier proposals, pricing, contract terms, and licensing models to identify risks, savings opportunities, and commercial recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, track project milestones, and ensure timely completion of procurement deliverables.
- Maintain procurement records, contract documentation, supplier data, and reporting metrics using enterprise procurement and contract management systems.
- Apply strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support to internal customers and suppliers.

- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, and/or related field.
