Allegion is looking for an industrial design co-op to join our growing internal industrial design team…
What you'd do
- Actively pursuing a degree in industrial design from an accredited school.
- Ability to create product concepts through sketching and physical mock-ups.
- Working knowledge of Adobe suite software.
- Ability to create CAD models and computer-generated renderings and animations (working knowledge of Creo and Keyshot software is a plus).
- Basic understanding of mechanical construction, manufacturing, materials and processes.
- The ability to present ideas, receive constructive feedback, and alter designs accordingly.
- The ability to work in a team environment and collaborate and support peers.
- The ability to manage time and work on multiple projects.
- Active and attentive listening and creative problem solving.
- A commitment to excellence and strong attention to detail.
