What you'd do
- Identify and assess risks and controls within key processes.
- Coordinate the testing and reporting associated with incidents, control validation, and monitoring of key risk metrics.
- Research, analyze risk data, and aid in preparing quarterly risk reports and associated briefing materials. Share findings with leadership.
- Aid in developing and hosting training and activities focused on expanding employees’ risk knowledge and advancing the Bank’s risk culture.
- Prepare communications and training materials.
- Assist the risk team on other activities and duties as assigned.
What they want
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Business, or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Should have at least one semester left to complete in school.
- Strong computer/technical skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Tableau, Power Apps, and Power BI preferred.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work both in a group setting and on an individual basis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
