JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
We are searching for a self-disciplined, highly motivated, and customer service-oriented individual for the role of Supply Chain Support Specialist Intern to join our Supply Chain Department at the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State. This position will be responsible for supporting various supply chain functions including customer support for ARL’s secure data exchange and supplier information management system.

- Maintain ARL’s Supply Chain Information Management system, including supplier compliance and technical capabilities
- Provide Supply Chain help-desk customer support for research & engineering activities, and business & material acquisition processes
- Assist file exchange users with password resets, MFA resets, new account setup and unlock suspended accounts
- Add/remove permissions to file exchange share spaces and delete inactive user accounts
- Set up new file folder structures as requested by ARL staff and create group permissions
- Troubleshoot any file access issues
- Investigate application issues, perform cause analysis, and take corrective actions
