Pay Range: $17-$22 per hour
Duration: January to April 2027
Hours: Full Time
Relocation: Not Available. Local Candidates preferred
The AR Intern will support the AR Department processes and collections for Johnson Electric North America.

What you'd do
- Investigate invoices not paid including following up with external and internal customers
- Tracking and reporting regarding samples
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Assist with assembling data to support various reporting to management including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits
- Assist with audit requests both internal and external
- Communication and work cross functionally with other groups including Sales, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, and headquarters in Hong Kong.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or currently pursuing a degree with expected graduation within the next year.
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency - experience with bringing data together from different systems into excel spread sheets, and perform variance analysis.
- Experience using Oracle and Salesforce software (preferred)
