The Summer Intern - Platform Analyst will support the Platform Management team in the research, analysis, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of technology solutions and business processes.
What you'd do
- Assist with research, analysis, and documentation activities for technology, process improvement, and business initiatives.
- Support the gathering and organization of business requirements, customer feedback, and stakeholder input.
- Assist with creating process maps, workflows, presentations, reports, and other project documentation.
- Participate in agile team activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and team meetings.
- Help coordinate and execute user acceptance testing activities, document results, and track issues.
- Support the evaluation of business processes and identification of opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization to learn how technology solutions are designed, delivered, and supported.
- Assist with training, communication, and go-to-market activities for new features and process changes.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Must be an incoming Junior or Senior, or enrolled in a graduate-level program.
