What you'd do
- Support end-to-end loan onboarding, closings, and operational setup for private credit and direct lending transactions
- Process complex loan lifecycle events—fundings, repayments, prepayments, rollovers, and amendments—with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations to maintain data integrity across borrower, lender, and settlement records
- Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify process inefficiencies and support platform enhancements that improve scalability and client experience

Salary Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans.
