The Role:
Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a IT Program Management Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

The role requires extended periods of computer-based work, including viewing monitors, entering data, participating in both in-person and virtual meetings, and using standard office productivity tools while seated for significant portions of the workday.

What you'd do
- Consolidate and organize IT Program Management Office (PMO) artifacts, including process descriptions, training materials, and tooling
- Recommend solutions to improve how PMO artifacts are created, reviewed and managed
- Assist in the development of new content and improving existing content related
- Maintain a backlog for artifact development and improvement
- Work with peer team members to define plans and timelines for artifact deliverables
- Third year candidate for a degree in Information Systems or Business Administration with Project Management Concentration
- Ability to work in a Hybrid office environment (in office 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week)
- Detailed orientated and proactively address issues
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications

- Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
