Instructional Design Intern, Sales Learning Services, Spring 2027

What you'd do

• Senior year preferred
• Major or previous coursework in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Learning Technology or related field
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
• Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
• Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 – June 2027
• Ability to work full time hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship and have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the session
• Transportation: Candidates must be able to provide reliable transportation to and from work, preferably with a personal vehicle. This includes travel to on-site and off-site meetings/training at the Walt Disney World Resort.

The Sales Learning Services Instructional Design team creates, designs, develops, and maintains learning content for internal sales audiences including Disney Central and the Disneyland Resort Travel Sales Center, as well as 3rd Party Travel Industry Clients to help them sell Disney Destinations to Guests around the globe!
