What you'd do
- Support semiconductor research and development activities by designing experiments, collecting data, and evaluating results to advance future technology capabilities.
- Analyze technical and process data using statistical methods to identify trends, solve engineering problems, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with multi-functional engineering teams, researchers, and external partners to execute technology development projects.
- Document research findings and effectively communicate technical results through reports, presentations, and project evaluations.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics platforms, and digital solutions to improve research productivity, accelerate problem-solving, enhance data analysis, and support technical decision-making in accordance with Micron's responsible and secure AI practices.Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills through academic research, coursework, or technical projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Preferred Qualifications
