As a Global Cash Operations Analyst, you will support daily cash operations and help ensure the accurate processing of international payment transactions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize competing deadlines, and a commitment to operational excellence.
What you'd do
- Process and verify wire transactions using established controls and procedures.
- Review and validate payment instructions for accuracy and completeness.
- Process and apply incoming client cash transactions to the appropriate accounts.
- Support reconciliation activities and assist with resolving exceptions.
- Monitor and respond to requests received through a shared team mailbox.
- Research and address operational inquiries and escalations.
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting critical currency and processing deadlines.
- Adapt to changing assignments and workflow demands throughout the day.
- Enjoy detail-oriented work.
- Can balance speed with accuracy.
