What you'd do
- Assist with organizing, reviewing, and managing environmental and geospatial datasets
- Support Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping, spatial analysis, and visualization efforts
- Georeference and digitize historical maps, aerial imagery, and other environmental record
- Prepare maps, figures, dashboards, and technical graphics for reports and client deliverables
- Assist with environmental research, data collection, and interpretation of environmental information
- Support web mapping applications, field data collection systems, and spatial databases
- Analyze environmental and spatial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with environmental scientists, engineers, geologists, data analysts, and other technical professionals on project tasks
- Assist with technical reporting, data management, and project documentation
- Explore innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics tools to enhance workflows and environmental decision-making
