What you'd do
- Perform legal research and draft memorandum on a wide range of topics, including, banking, information technology, employment, and corporate governance
- Review and summarize regulatory updates and guidance
- Review department procedures and analyze for process improvements
- Develop and implement procedural updates, as necessary
- Participate in meetings with CBI Legal and business stakeholders
- Review, draft and edit contract and other agreement templates
- Review CBI Intellectual Property
- Work with supervising attorneys supporting a variety of Bank lines of business
- Report regularly on project progress
- Capstone project and end of summer presentation with other interns in the Commerce Internship Program
