As an Enterprise Cybersecurity Information Technology (IT) Policy Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the development of Booz Allen’s cyber policy. In this role, you will analyze complex cyber threats targeting Booz Allen, our workforce and clients, then turn your findings into clear, actionable best practices to empower users to stay secure in today’s digital landscape.
By contributing to impactful initiatives, such as cyber compliance, legal and regulatory policies, and organization-wide mandates and standards, you will build a practical foundation in cybersecurity risk management, cyber law, and policy.

What you'd do
- Develop a strong foundation in Enterprise Cybersecurity
- Apply gained foundational knowledge to better understand the cybersecurity mission, team organization, principles, policy and compliance requirements, and risk management practices
- Apply knowledge to real world projects
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives such as policy and standard development, enforcement strategies, technical strategy, and technical communications.
- Grow communication and technical skills by partnering with senior policy analysts and presenting work in team reviews.

- Possession of strong written communication and editing skills
- Pursuing a degree in Law, Policy, Communications, Political Science, International Relations, English, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems
- Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
