Job Description Summary:
The Quality Analyst at Draper provides support for the quality control and assurance process and plays a role in maintaining standards, ensuring compliance and supporting quality teams.
What you'd do
- Analyze data, develop and document process. Identify areas for improvement and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage the problem reporting process by establishing reviews, enforcing policy, collecting metrics, actions and reviewing data for trends.
- Develop and give presentations, as needed. Update user guides, documents and training material
- Coordinate, schedule and prepare presentations for internal business operations risk reviews. Track and follow up on action items, document new and updated risks.
- Participate in internal and external quality and/or property audits. Identify, investigate, and resolve issues
- Interface with program managers and team members on contract requirements, customer deliverables and track deliverable status.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant degree is required.
