We are looking for highly motivated students to join our team as Sourcing Indirect and Direct Material Buying Co-ops from January to August OR May to December 2027.

What you'd do
- Assist buyers with placing and tracking purchase orders while learning the full sourcing process
- Analyze inventory levels, recommend adjustments, and see how your insights impact operations
- Research vendors, products, and market trends to support data-driven decision making
- Communicate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and order confirmations to strengthen relationships
- Gather and analyze data to create supplier scorecards and provide visibility to leadership
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods that keep production moving
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, materials specialists, engineering) to drive alignment and results
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement Initiatives (Greenheck Pitstops) that shape the future of our processes
- Assist in compiling and developing purchased component forecasts that inform strategic planning
- Participate in meetings with vendors and internal teams, presenting updates on key initiatives
