What you'd do
- Support strategic initiatives focused on Accounts Receivable, billing processes, and revenue cycle improvement efforts.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
- Support an RCM margin initiative focused on eClaims Assist and its use within physician office billing processes.
- Partner with Sales to gather customer feedback and evaluate interest in and potential use of eClaims Assist.
- Assist with Sales engagement and analysis to support project recommendations and next steps.
- Collaborate with AR Support leadership, Sales, and operational teams on project activities.
- Organize and analyze project data to support informed business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
