What you'd do
- Priority 1: Automation Development: Support the design, development, and testing of low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and related technologies.
- Process Improvement Solutions: Assist in creating productivity solutions that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop user guides, implementation documentation, and other resources that support solution adoption and sustainability.
- Priority 2: Innovation and Emerging Technology Research: Research emerging technologies, artificial intelligence capabilities, and digital tools relevant to humanitarian operations.
- Innovation Assessments: Conduct comparative assessments of potential technology solutions and contribute recommendations for future implementation.
- Proof-of-Concept Development: Assist in developing demonstrations and pilot solutions that showcase innovative approaches to humanitarian challenges. Present findings to team stakeholders if necessary
- Reporting and Visualization: Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support informed decision-making.
- Information Management: Contribute to information and knowledge management activities that strengthen team collaboration and organizational learning.

- Appropriate Fields of Study/Majors: Humanitarian Studies, International Development, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, or other interdisciplinary programmes combining humanitarianism, technology, business, analytics, and innovation.
