As a Built-in Quality Digitalization Intern, you will drive digital quality initiatives by leveraging data analytics and automation to enhance process traceability and real-time decision-making.

What you'd do

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with Excel and data manipulation techniques.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
Familiarity of digital manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, QMS), Lean Six Sigma Principles and continuous improvement methodologies and hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Exposure to MES, ERP, or QMS platforms used in manufacturing environments.
Understanding of quality control systems, defect tracking, and root cause analysis techniques.
Strong interest in Industry 4.0, smart factory concepts, and digital transformation.
