- Experience with Mechanical components and Externals plumbing systems products.
- Procedural knowledge associated with the aftermarket sustainment and overhaul of military engines.
- Military customer and P&W leadership engagement opportunities (Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT), System Integrated Product Team (SIPT), Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT).
- Leadership skills development.

- Our intern program seeks to help you develop an understanding of the aerospace industry and learn about our company and its operations.
What they want
- Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or an Engineering field and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship session.
- Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship session.
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
- Pursuing a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience demonstrating communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills in professional and team‑based environments.
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
