What you'd do
- Brainstorm & Pitch: Support creative ideation sessions for upcoming campaigns and always-on social content.
- Create Content: Capture and edit short-form videos, photos, and graphics optimized for each platform.
- Trendspot: Monitor social trends, sounds, and memes to inform creative concepts and identify opportunities for brands to join the conversation.
- Content Planning: Help organize and upload content to social scheduling platforms
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with designers, strategists, and influencer marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design program (graphic design, digital media, visual communication, or related field)
- Great proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and basic familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro)
- A good understanding of social media platforms and experience in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Ability to design visually appealing graphics while keeping up with platform-specific guidelines
- Creative thinking, adaptability, and openness to feedback
