The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Investment Grade Private Credit team within the firm’s Investment Platform.
What you'd do
- Calendar Management: Coordinate complex and proactive scheduling across multiple time zones for a global team.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize logistics for internal and external meetings, offsites, and special events.
- Expense Management: Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner, and review and approve expenses on behalf of the team.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and accommodations.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external constituencies
- Team Support: Provide cross-coverage and backup support to other Executive Assistants and leadership teams as needed.
- Project Assistance: Support ad hoc projects for both the immediate team and broader firm leadership.

- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a complex, global professional environment; experience in the investment management industry will be viewed favorably
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint) with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies
- Willingness to learn, use, and develop internal systems that help the function
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism and discretion
