Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Intern to support our Quality Assurance team in a fast-paced plastic injection molding manufacturing environment. This internship provides hands-on experience in quality systems, process documentation, and statistical process control (SPC).
What you'd do
- Review, update, and create work instructions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with current manufacturing practices.
- Assist in aligning control plans with SPC software to ensure real-time data collection and monitoring of critical process parameters.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality system improvements, including document control, audit readiness, and corrective action tracking.
- Participate in root cause analysis and assist in developing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the molding process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software (SAP and IQMS preferred)
- Willing to be hands on in the manufacturing facility
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-Motivated and the ability to multitask
