Xcel Energy is seeking candidates to support our CFO Organization, specifically, within our Financial Data Governance, Data Visualization or the Process Automation team. These teams support Financial Data Governance, reporting and visualization, and automation efforts that improve business processes and technology solutions across Xcel Energy. The intern may be involved in helping gather and analyze data, create visual insights, support dashboards and collaboration tools, or assisting with automation and process improvement projects that transform manual work and support internal business needs.
What they want
- Current Student, Junior status (as of Fall 2027) or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, data science, computer information systems, management information systems, business computer information systems, or a related technology or business field.
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.
