What you'd do

Enable UAS C2 capabilities through resilient network design
Derive system/subsystem/component level requirements
Design, develop and maintain system components in complex system environments
Document software engineering processes and networking best practices
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of lab and flight-test networking hardware, including tactical radios, switches, routers, and edge compute nodes
Support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) integration and bench testing to validate network reliability and throughput for command-and-control (C2) and sensor data
Build and maintain physical and virtual test setups to simulate contested, high-latency, or bandwidth-constrained network environments

What they want

Bachelors Degree in STEM (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, Physics, Computer Science or other relevant engineering discipline)
Passion for networking, system design, and engineering
Familiarity with basic networking
Demonstrated ownership and impact from internships, side projects, etc
Go-getter mentality who is eager to learn from Anduril's best and brightest
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
