Facilities (Plant) Engineer Co-Op
Winter Co-op Cycle: January 4–February 26, 2027
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Location: Beverly, MA (Onsite)

- Applicants must be candidates for a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Engineering.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment. Experience using tools including hand/power tools, precision measurement and diagnostic tools

- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, etc.)
- Works well with others and has a willingness to learn
- Ability to apply mechanical principles in a real-world environment

The Facility Engineer Co‑op supports the Facilities Engineering team in the planning, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of building systems and infrastructure. This role provides hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, utilities, and building automation systems while assisting with technical projects, documentation, and facility performance analysis.
