What you'd do
- Gain practical embedded software development experience and mentorship opportunities to develop your professional skill sets
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in our area and obtain hands-on experience with new and innovative technologies
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team to develop a cross-functional skill set
- Develop technical expertise in the software discipline and on your projects and programs
What they want
- Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session
- Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects
- Active U.S. Department of Defense Clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Some experience with C/C++, Rust, or Python programming languages
- Some experience with Git or other version control systems
- Familiarity with embedded software development
- Familiarity with Linux development environments
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
