Position: LEAP (ELOP) Program Leader I and II
Department: Child Development
Reports To: All Site Supervisor
Hours: Elementary: Mon-Thurs, 1:30-6:00 pm, Fridays 12:30-6:00 pm
180 School Days & 30 Additional work days (summer/spring/winter)
SUMMARY
Works in a classroom setting by providing direct instruction to individuals and small and large groups of students. Provides excellent child care, leadership and supports peers by modeling program guidelines/procedures. Implements classroom management techniques and is responsible for guiding and organizing structured and unstructured activities in indoor /outdoor settings. Arranges supplies, materials and equipment for program use.
